Close & Apply Function Not Available in the new version of Power BI Desktop

I downloaded the new version of Power BI Desktop.  After refreshing data in the query view, the "Close & Apply" function is not available to click on; it is not lit; it is listed but not available.

I need assistance ASAP!

@cwilliams If you only refreshed your data and made no changes to your underlying queries than there is no need for close and apply. close and apply is only applicable to changes.
