I don't know why?!. And when I try in a different account from the Asia region it can connect data without any error. Can anyone help me?

I need this fixed because,

Spoiler
for some reason, Microsoft Sustainability Manager in the Asia region doesn't show insights(Power BI) from new data I have created and I need this for my project.

Thank you to anyone who reads this post and could give me some advice!

Hi @Chirapath ,

Are these two accounts under the same tenant? Are other variables such as permissions and roles the same?

See if helps:

Use data connectors
