"Show as Saved Image" not Working for Shared PowerPoint Files

Hi,

We are collaborating to produce a monthly project report PowerPoint which includes PowerBI's of everyone's project and we need to mark it "show as saved image" so the values can be kept as "frozen". However, when a user marks "show as saved image", it works only for him/her, it does not affect what others see. Is there a way to make it "show as saved image" for everyone on a shared PowerPoint which multiple people work on?

Are the other people opening the PowerPoint in the browser or in the PowerPoint desktop app?

The add-in with this option only seems to be available in the desktop app:
