I don't want the users in my Teams group to see the semantic models. How do I make just the reports visible to the group?
When I publish a report to a workspace the semantic model comes with the report. How do I prevent that from being in the workspace or hide the semeantic model?
Thanks, Mark
You could publish the semantic model to a different workspace, then create a new report that uses that semantic model as a source instead. That would let you publish just the report to a given workspace. The problem is that all of the members of that workspace still have edit access to all of the reports in it, so if you're trying to avoid that then you really need to chage how you publish and put it in an app in another workspace. The group members of a group workspace will always have access to everything in the workspace.
Ideally you shouldn't be using the active Teams group of your audience to publish reports to. The objects attached to the team are meant for that team's collaboration. You'd create a separate workspace (e.g. Sales workspace) for their reports, publish the reports there, then either share the reports with the target audience group or create an app that is shared with them.
