"Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component"

I created a PowerBi website similar to the sample on github. When I open the app on localhost, everything works great . But

when I published it to Azure , I see this issue :

Exception Details: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.

As a result, I can't even see the front page of my website.

Can somebody explain what it means and how to fix it?

Hi @samira,

After a while of searching, I found this error is quite general. It seems something is wrong with the Azure environment. I would suggest you go to https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/community/ for professional help.
