RDL Print Function in Power BI App

I have an RDL file uploaded to a Premium Capacity workspace and distributed in an App. The RDL works great in the App, however, when a user is on an iPad or iPhone, they are unable to use the 'print' function. In the App (on a laptop/desktop), the 'File' dropdown is availabe but when I try to use a mobile device, I am unable to see that feature. Is it hidden somewhere or is it not supported to print a report from a mobile view? Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi @v-yiruan-msft ,
Thanks for the reply and for the information! I will go back and try to install a printer on the device and see if that fixes the issue.

Thanks!

Hi @PBI_Ranger ,

There is one thread which has the similar problem as yours, please check it. Hope it can help you resolve the problem.

Solved: Print Function in mobile version of power apps - Power Platform Community

The Print function is really nothing more than a Print Screen facility, so your device would need a valid installed printer (even if this is PDF). This is a device issue, rather than a Power Apps problem.
