we were not able to connect to the model - Power BI April 2019

Hello,

I installed the latest version of Power bi. When I am trying to open the Power BI desktop it shows an error , 'we were not able to connect to the model'.

I tried running the older versions of 2019, but the issue is still the same.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

With the updated version, you could try the good old way of following the menu path:

File

Open

then search your file
