unable to get freeze Excel Column Header in paginated report

I have set below properities to enable freeze column header in paginated report.

But When i export the report in excel, columns headers are not freeze. Could you please help me.

you can use the freeze panes in excel .

once export the report in excel, freeze option should work.

is there any alternative solution can achieve the result in paginated report.
