trend line gradient value

Hi Guys can you help 

 

I found this post

that provies a measure that approximates to a trend line ,but What iwant to knwo is hte value of the "slope / gradient" of the linear recession - I want apply to sales of a product to determine growth/decline rate

 

please help!!!!

Hi @Gareth_Hunt ,

 

Are you try to calculating sales change percentage over time? It's better that you can create a calendar table in your data model, and use the previousmonth function(aggregation of month).
