Hello All,
just a small question and I need to know it's doable in power bi or not,
I have a map, with zip code for Location and count of calls per zip code and a filter(slicer) for city, country, and region, when I click on the circle on the map other graphs is filtered for this ZIP Code, however, slicers are not affected and still showing all the data not only for the select zip code, what I need that if I click on the map for example on a circle (zip code) on the United States, country slicer to be filtered only for the United States
Hi @Anonymous ,
It's not supported currently, you may vote for this idea.

@Anonymous here you have used a Table Viz and slicer.
Please correct me if I am wrong but I understood that you intend to select a value in the table viz that would also filter the slicer.
I don't think it is doable.
However, if you use two slicers, selecting value in one slicer would also filter values in another slicer.
Similarly, If use two tables, selecting values in one table would also filter values in another table.
thanks for your reply, yes tables and graphs are interacting with each other, but not with slicers, which is the goal I'm trying to achieve
any help
Thats right, the Graph doesn't interact with the slicer, but the slicer does.
Maybe you should open a ticket to Microsoft!

@Anonymous Although my other friends recommended changing the relationship to Bidirectional but as a best practice it is not a recommended method rather you can use the measure as a visual level filter for the slicer. My 2 cents.

@Anonymous , Visual will filter slicer, if the join is bi- directional
else
Choose this method os using the fact filter in slicer
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cyOquvfhzNM
It will work for single slicer too
Also, refer

thanks for your reply, I've checked both links and not yet solved my issue,
the slicer and graph are from only one table
Hi @Anonymous
