sharepoint list to power bi

My power BI report created from a sharepoint list is giving the following error:

I also cannot create a new connection to a sharepoint list, as it gives the same error

I've already fixed it, in Power Query, under "Source" of the query go to "Start>Data sources>Clear permissions. Then update the connection and sign back in with your account and you're done

Not in the one I'm now trying to create a report with. Over a month ago I've done this with a sharepoint list with mulit line text without issues. If I now open that power BI I do get an error as well, not being able to update the data

I am having the same problem, I just uninstalled the Office and reinstalled it and the problem persists, if anyone knows how to fix it please help
