radar plot not updating with selection of a attribute

Hi,

I have prepared radar plot in a dashboard which is built using excel with columns - country, theme, model1 score, model2score, model3  score.

radar plot has category as Theme and value as model1 score, model2score, model3  score and shows the average of all values.

However, my expecattion is that when I select a country from the data table, radar should be updated with values from that country and not all.

is there anything which I should do to make this happen?

Thanks

Krishna

I don@kkant77 t think @kkant77

You can download the PBIX with the following data and visuals. This uses Microsoft's radar display from MarketPlace/AppSource.

I didn't have any of your data to use, so I had to invent some. Here's what I used

But what you're looking for is this

You can also change the colors of the data

Hi, Thanks @PhilipTreacy

However, I am looking something like below. If I select country A,

radar plot should look like this. (this is in spotfire)

Radar1.JPG

when selected country B, radar is changed accordingly.

radar2.JPG

Please let me know if not clear.

Thanks

HI @kkant77

Download example PBIX file with the visuals and data below

I'm not sure what you mean by when I select a country from the data table , radar should be updated with values from that country and not all - do you have a table visual like this as well as the radar chart?

radar-table.png

If so then clicking on a country in the table will highlight the data for that country in the radar.  Here the data points for Ireland on the Green axis are highlighted

radar-highlight.png

If you only want to see the data for a selected country, add a slicer.  Here you can see that Australia and New Zealand are selected
