Hi , @Anonymous

From your description, you want to implement some kind of formatted visual in your Power BI report. I don't quite understand your expected output value.
For your data, if you want to perform calculations in Power BI, this format is not conducive to data processing. You can try to use the Unpivot function in Power Query to convert the data:

Unpivot columns - Power Query | Microsoft Learn

Secondly, if you want to display the data in the form of a table, you can try to use Table and Matric visual to try to achieve your needs.

For more information, you can also refer to :
Table and Matrix Visualization in Power BI | Power BI Table Visualization (k21academy.com)

If this method does not meet your needs, you can provide us with your special sample data and the desired output sample data in the form of tables, so that we can better help you solve the problem. (You can also upload you sample .pbix [without sensitive data] to the OneDrive and share with the OneDrive link to me ! )

Thank you for your time and sharing, and thank you for your support and understanding of PowerBI!

Best Regards,

Aniya Zhang
