making a downlist

I'm creating this Power BI report that will have a table/matrix and I'd like it to display the following information:

Equipment, Latest Status, Latest Reason, Latest Moment, and Latest Comments.

In the database source table, the column 'Moment' is a datetime, and is formatted as such in my Power BI. I have the table sorted as 'descending' from the Moment column.

I also only want the equipment to show up in this table/matrix when it has the status 'Down'.

The problem I have is that it refuses to show the latest entry in the database - ie if a truck switches from Down to Standby, the row for 'Down' is still displayed in my report, and it shouldn't show at all. The inverse problem also exists, where if a truck goes to status Down it also won't show in my report. Help?

Did the first and second reply solved your issue?

If not, could you please share more info as screenshots?

You probably need something like a Complex Selector. It is based on the Inverse Selector. I attached an example.
