how to make certain stacked column chart colors stand out from others when x axis has dates

Hi,

I would like to keep the highlighted column chart colors as is, but to blur are the remaining month column chart colors.

If it helps, the total values in the highlighted columns are 13k or above while all the rest are below 13k.

Without legend it is possible in stacked column chart because then only we can conditionally color the columns or else it is not feasible.
