How to get value of percentage of collumns in a measure for data below

I want to achive
% of count = (Total count for value -0) / Total count ) * 100 |
for example above result should be = (4/10 ) * 100

Did get it right I believe, if you want to count records with zero and divide **bleep** by total count then use this measure:
Measure1 =
DIVIDE(
CALCULATE( COUNTROWS( Table ), Table[Filled] = 0),
COUNTROWS( Table )
)
