Hello,
I need to filter customers by revenue based on location I filter or slice.
Ex. at below, which shows top 10 customers overall. But If I apply any particular location Ex. India, accordingly top 10 customers need to be filtered.
Let me know how to filter the same.
If I apply filter or slicer ex. India location that particular customers by revenue needs to be filtered.

For your case, you may need to use ALLSELECTED instead of ALL and remove "Others" conditional in the result formula.
Just like this:
Step1:
Add a rank measure for revenue.
Step2:
Add a measure as below:
If([Rank] <=10, [revenue], Blank())
Step3:
Then use this measure in the visuals.
