Hi there,
I have a question regarding a "special" filtering in Power BI.
For example, I have a table with an ID ("A123" and "B123"), with a Country ("Germany", "France", "Spain") and values (Germany: "A123" = 100, "B123" = 200; France: "A123" = 300, "B123" = 400; Spain: "A123" = 500, "B123" = 600).
In my table, I have a high quantity of my two IDs (e.g. 10 times "A123" and 10 times "B123", but I would like to show only the value of one ID, depending on the selected country.
Furthermore I would like to have the possibility to filter for an ID. For example if I filter A123 and Germany, I will receive the value 100. If i filter nothing, I would like to see the sum of every value for every country, but only once. In this case, this would be 100+200+300+400+500+600= 2100 and not (100+200+300+400+500+600)*10*10.
Is there a possibility or a function to implement this idea?
Thanks in advance
hi, @mistertobi_1997
Yes it's possible, You could use SUMX Function to create a measure.
