I have MySQL database on local.
It got a table that has columns of different data types e.g. varchar, float, int, tinyint, and BIGINT.
I'm trying to connect to this database through directquery mode. however because directquery is not supported for MySQL databases so I'm using mariaDB odbc connector to connect to MySQL db. and it's working fine.
however, all data types data is being queried except the BIGINT datatype. I have also manually changed it's data type to 'whole number' in powerbi desktop.
however, it is still showing this message while I'm trying to create a data table or visual out of BIGINT data type. other datatypes are working fine.
BIGINT doesn't even have very large number. it is something database creator has configured for life time.
IS BIGINT SUPPORTED? IF NOT, IS THERE ANY WORKAROUNDS?
