best Visualization to display different goals and status

Hi everyone!

I need your knowledge to choose the most appropriate Visual to display a situation that can be summarize in the following table:

Goal	Goal_Value	Actual_Status
production time	10	9
percentage of processing waste	15	12
Customer contact Time	5	5
percentage of deliveriy on-time	95	93

in the column "goal_value" I have different types of measures: times and percentages. (for example first row is 10 days, second row is 15%, third row is 5 days, last row 95%). 

I have only this data and I cannot change the structure on my db. I can only work in power BI. 

My need is to create a visual that summarizes all the goals, the "goal_value" as a top limit and my actual value to see if i'm getting close to the goal or not. 

actually i've already used the Radar visual, like below 

but is not intuitive because I have big numbers (percentages) and amall numbers (days) in the same graph.

Do you have any Idea?

Hi @Anonymous ,

I think the Bullet Chart visual is more appropriate, it can automatically resize the axes.
