I have a matrix, where it shows amounts by concept per year and quarter; however, I need each quarter to show me the accumulated, as shown in the attached image. At the top is the formula to calculate the quantities.

Well I don't know your Model nor how you are using the formula so I am going to speculate one more time and ask you to use TOTALYTD instead.
Or maybe sharing a sample of your PIBx can help me better.

@DanCasSan , Is these trim 1, trim2 are your Qtr? Do you only want total to be cumalative or rows too ?
Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.

You will need to apply the TOTALQTD formula to your measure and for that you will also need a Calendar date to apply the Time intelligence formula accuraltly.
