Y-axis is not showing for stacked bar graph for parameter

Hi Everyone, 

Need urgent help 

I want to stacked clustered chart, I created a parameter for measures,  but Y-axis it is not showing as expected. This is how i m getting graph

But actually I want to show the graph like this :

Is there any workaround to show or any other way to do it.

Actually i m using same method, but i can't able to see values inside parameter on Y-axis. 

or else is there any option to get stacked clustered bar graph in Power BI ?
