X axis tick marks vs. line chart

Hello i have a dataset with temperatures measurec in c. 10 second intervals. That means there is a lot of data points for every hour. I would like to plot this data with the line chart similar to the one below. The problem I have is with the X axis. I would like the x axis (and ideally the grid as well) to show hours {0, 1, 2, 3, etc. } instead of 10h intervals. At the same time I would like to have the line as graular as possible (e.g. using the 10 second interval). Therefore using hourly average is not an option for me. How can I proceed with this?

Many thanks,

Tomas.
