Wrong Totals HELP

Hi, i have two measures thar are calculater this way:

Measure1 = SUM('Base_Price'[Amount])/SUM(Base_Price[Units]),Base_Price[TYPE] = "type1",YEAR(Base_Price[date])=2020)
Measure2 = SUM('Base_Price'[Amount])/SUM(Base_Price[Units]),Base_Price[TYPE] = "type2",YEAR(Base_Price[date])=2019)
I did a Diff of them, Diff= [Measure1] - [Measure2])
The problem is that the total is not displaying correctly.  even if I filter like Diff = 0, the total is not 0.
I have several slicers but the problem is no there.

Did anyone know how to fix this?

Thank you very much.
