Why does the measure not add up the values?

The following measure is to create a graph diagram. However, the problem is that this measure does not add up the values of the individual months and only shows them individually. However, it should do the following: The value 5 from January should also be taken into account in February. That is, if February has a value of 10, the graph should come out at 15 (5+10).

@Ericson_BI , use date table in visual , year filter like above will not work with ytd

@amitchandak What do you mean by use date table? I dont get it
