Why do I have a message about duplicated values in empty table

Hello,

I have a problem with relationship with empty table, because according to Power BI it has duplicates in one of its columns.

Message:"Column in Table contains a duplicate value '' and this is not allowed for columns on the one side of a many-to-one relationship or for columns that are used as the primary key of a table."

I've already tried changing relationship to many-to-many but it wasn't applied

you have a relationship between two tables in Power BI, and one of the columns in the table on the one side of the relationship has duplicate values. This is causing an error because many-to-one relationships require that the column on the one side has unique values.

To resolve this issue, you will need to identify the duplicate values in the column and either remove them or merge them into a single row. You can do this by using the "Remove Duplicates" or "Merge Queries" features in Power BI.

Once you have resolved the duplicate values, you should be able to establish the many-to-one relationship between the tables.

But a column that suppose to have duplicates has no values in it. Also this column isn't used to make a relationship.

Do you have and an advice for situation?

can you show me the table please ?
