When installing Clipchamp, Power BI no longer starts

After resetting my windows 11 because the power bi doesn't start and the next day it didn't start again, I did a test on two machines and realized that after installing Clipchamp the error happens and the power bi doesn't open anymore, even blank!

Please follow the steps below to check this issue
Open powerbi desktop, then open the task manager to check the status of the process, make sure the computer has enough resources.
In addition, it is recommended that you download and install powerbi desktop again and see if it runs successfully
