Weighted averages using and entered percentage amount

BIQuestion.JPG

attached is picture of penut warehouses summary containing gross/net weight and weighted average grade data based on the total weights. Is there a filter or slicer of some sorts where you can enter a percentage at which you want that data to be reflected by. For example BR031=30% of bottom line AB011=10% and AR202= 60%. It all equals 100% but the bottom line represents the average based off of an entered percentage at which you want to unload these warehouse. Basically manipulate the bottom line average based on a percentage of the "recipe" you want each warehouse to reprsent.
