Hi @DYMOORE ,

Based on your description, I created a waterfall diagram myself and published it to the service, but it did not reproduce your problem.

But there are a few suggestions to help you troubleshoot the problem:

  1. does total relate to the current date or time. The time in desktop follows the time of your computer, while the time in service follows the time zone set in service. The difference between the two times may cause you to see different results.
  2. Is there a different setting in the filter on the right. Please check whether the settings in the Filters on the right side of your desktop and service reports are the same, if there are different settings, it may also lead to different results.
  3. Whether other users have changed the visual object, causing it to change.
  4. The problem may come from the browser, you can try to use another browser to access the report, see if the problem still exists.
  5. It could be because of the browser's compatibility view settings. You can check to see if compatibility view settings are set for the Power BI server URL, and if so, disable them.

If all these suggestions still didn't solve your problem, you can share your report with me in a pbix file after hiding your sensitive data in order to help you solve the problem.

If your Current Period does not refer to this, please clarify in a follow-up reply.

Best Regards,

Clara Gong
