Visual with transparent data color

Hi,

I am looking for a column chart with a transparent and some border color.

Attaching the pic(ignore the white line in the middle of the chart)

Is it possible to achieve in Powerbi visuals ?

@Switto , Create a measure

Color Trans = "#FFFFFF00"

Use that in coditional formatting using field value option and give the border and other stuff in visual.

But I doubt there border color option

Thanks @amitchandak for the quick reply. I tried the above measure and resulted as expected however the border option is giving color to the whole visual border and you also said border color is not available.
