Visual suggestion

Hello,

 

I would like to develop something like the below using Power BI.

 

I have an initial go live and an actual due date column. I need to find the variance between them and display project wise.

 

Could you please assist me on tthis? Which visual to use and how variance between the date can be calculated?

@AsihwaryaS dates can not be put on the y-axis.
