Visual and page filters not working

wow, I can't upload my project file here..... huh this is going to make things difficult

Two tables with a relationship.  Table A has an amount column and I have a donut chart summing that amount by name.

Table B is a related table.

Table B has a column that I wish to filter the donut chart on

I only get 1 result  This is the generated DAX I caputed from Performance Analyzer

it goes south here as this returns just 1 record so the TOPN is performed on a table of 1

ORDER BY
  [SumAmount], 'Table1'[Name]

I'd upload the project because that would be simplier but I see no upload link.

I changed the properties on the relationship.  The value for Cross Filter Direction was changed to "Both" and configured the filter for both directoins (checkbox) and now appears to be functioning.
