You may go to 'Query Editor', create an index column as below and then click 'Close and Apply'. The pbix file is attached in the end.
You may create a measure as below.
Result = LOOKUPVALUE('Table'[Perentile],'Table'[Index],4)

Try a measure like
CALCUALTE(max(Table[percentile]), filter(Table, table[Grade]= "IV"))
Covering the world! 9:00-10:30 AM Sydney, 4:00-5:30 PM CET (Paris/Berlin), 7:00-8:30 PM Mexico City
