Hi,
I have the below fixed table in a dashboard, it shows the previous 6 weeks sales values and compares that with the equivilant week from last year (for example for 2023/W05 the Sales Value LY should read as 2022/W05). I have had a couple of requests one I am struggling to find a solution for.
If the user wants to compare the Easter weeks for example how can this be done? For instance Easter in 2023 would be weeks 2 and 3, however in 2022 it would be weeks 4 and 5. With the numbers looking more like the second screen grab.
Can this be done?
Use a custom Calendar table that identifies "like for like" periods for each year. (Simplest would be to add a "holiday" column that calls out "Easter period", "Thanksgiving", "Festivus" etc.
