Unable to sign in powerBi dekstop

Hi there, I try to sign into powerBI desktop with my account but i get error below.
My account is a trial account but able to sign in into the powerbi web service (but still cant refresh data)

I want to refresh and update the data but the credential problems just restricting me from proceed.

I had try to clear internet cache and relogin but the problem still exist.
