Unable to publish a dataset to a Workspace on premium capacity from Desktop

I am the capcity Admin and also a PRO-user.

I am one of the Owners of this workspace.

I cannot see this workspace when I am trying to publish from desktop. 

Is there a limit on number of destinations u can see from desktop?

By my tests with the latest version of power bi desktop, I cannot reproduce your issue.

Please check if you have installed the latest version of power bi desktop 2.72.5556.801.

From your second reply, do you mean that you cannot find the app workspace in power bi service?

Do you have this problem only for the specific report or all of the reports in power bi desktop?

I had this Problem in POWER BI desktop when trying to publish. However after removing myself from the workspace as owner and adding myself back to the group from Office 365 and after waiting for nearly 12 hours this workspace started appearing from desktop and I was able to publish the dataset.

Even when I do a search in the workspaces in POWER BI online it is not showing up.
