Unable to Sign in to Power BI Desktop

Hi,

I am unable to Sign in to Power BI Desktop, getting the below error:

"We can't finish signing you up.

Your IT department has turned off signup for Microsoft Power BI. Contact them to complete signup."

I had also tried de-installing & installing the app again but its not working still.Would request for help.
