[UI Error] "Projects" smaller screen

Hi Forum,

Hope you can help! I sometimes get this mistake when opening a dashboard on desktop version.

It kind of projects the screen as when you are zooming in on something, but it is impossible to work with. Is it because my version is not updated or? 

EDIT: If I create a new page it does not show, but if I copy the existing page it does...

EDIT: Okay, it did copy the mistake, but only when you click somewhere on the dashboard.

I'm a little confused about your scenario. Actually, we cannot see dashboard in Power BI Desktop.  What does your "dashboard" mean?

Besides, What's version of your Power BI Desktop? I suggest you'd better update to the latest version.
