Hi have a stacked graph that looks at profit and loss, I bY axxis , is there a way to make it so I can dynmically select the column that is used in the Y column? IE instead of using CITY CAN I HAVE A SELECTOR that LETS me CHANGE it to ROOFAGE or or LivingArea or Risk_Score ... etc
Hi @RobMerritt
You can do it by using Field parameter.
Please do the following steps:
Go to modeling tab > paramter option > choose Field
Then drag and drop all the columns you want to have in you chart.(slicer selection)
then create slicer . add this parameter into your visual (Y axis)
as you see by selecting the slicer value you chart axis will be changing.
If my post helps please give kuos and accept it as a solution!

@RobMerritt the 'drilldown' functionality will let you do this, but it's not intuitive and requires users to know how to use it.
To enable drilldown, simply add all these columns to the 'y axis' of your visual. To use it, You must hover over the visual to get the arrows to appear, and then you have to click the parallel arrows enough times to get to the city or living area, etc. Then click the up arrow to go back.
You could use bookmarks to make this more intuitive for the end user, but that will require much more setup for you. If you use this option, make sure to select 'selected visuals only' for your bookmark.
