The total of a measure subtracting two measures in a table visual not correct

I have two calculated measures(A, B)  that are well presented in a table with correct totals.  I need to create a new measure (C)  that subtracts A from B and presented in the same table visual.
 the table is categorized by Calendar Table and all numbers in all rows are correct except the sum of measure C

but try a measure like

sumx(values('Date'[Month year]) ,[Budgeted_Salaries ] -[Net_salaries])
