Sumif in PowerBI table

Hi!
How can I get the result of Table 2, if I have Table 1?
Names with "+" sum into one corresponding name.
For example:

i dont know how to do it in dax but in power query 

go to transform

press on the Name column choose split by delmiter

now the delimiter is custom and "+" 

and press advanced and choose by row

now group your name by sum of sum
