Sum of max values then average

Hi everyone

I'm looking for a formula to calculate the sum of max values and then average it by the number of distinct values in the job number column

eg: I have a table with job numbers and lead times. I need a formula to calculate (5+10+15)/3 = 10

job numberlead time
x5
x5
x5
y10
y10
z15

Hi, @Anonymous ;

You also could create measure as follows:

Measure = AVERAGEX(SUMMARIZE('Table',[job number],[lead time]),[lead time])

The final show:

@Anonymous , Try measure like

AverageX(values(Table[Job Number]), calculate(Max(Table[Lead Time])) )
