Suggestions for Box & Whisker 'like' display when available data is already summarised

Hi All, I would like to visually represent NAPLAN data showing the Nation, State and School metrics (NAPLAN stands for the National Assessment Program – Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN) and is an annual assessment for students in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9 in Australia. The data provided is already summarised and provides a mean/average and values for P10, P25, P50, P75 & P90.

I would like to display this as Box & Whisker charts - but both Box & Whisker visuals are designed to aggregate the data and not just ingest data already prepared. I looked into using the Python matplotlib/seaborn but found these to be unworkably slow (20+ secs) covered in a separate post (I now understand why). I would welcome any suggestions or alternate visuals I should look at.

Thanks in advance.

Lex
