Subtract difference of filtered value

I want below result to subtract, instead of add up. The result I want to use as Line y or addtional in a grafic.
....It sounds simple and it maybe will be, but somehow i cannot do it...... 

Sum of MK for ABC or EFG=

CALCULATE(

    SUM('Mutaties'[MK]),

    'Mutaties'[GB] = "8845" ||

    'Mutaties'[GB] = "7845"

    )
