Subscription does not work "after report update"

Good morning

I have Power BI Pro role, I own the workspace where the report is published, all Spam/Spam folders are reviewed ... and there is no way for the subscription of a particular report to reach any user when we put the "After Report Update" option in Frequency.

I have other published reports with which I have no problem and it runs perfectly but in this particular in particular there is no way.

The funny thing is what proved to put the Daily Frequency at a specific time and the email arrives without any problem, and when I cause the sending (Run now) then you do receive the email.

Can you help me?I don't know what to do or what to look for anymore...

Thanks a lot.

Hi @Hurtav01

If you select the “After Data Refresh” option will operate the same way it did previously for e-mail subscriptions, meaning it will only be sent after the first data refresh of your dataset each day.

Vote for it. Update your topic details.

If it does not work. Log a support ticket:https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/

In my case it's not the same problem because my and the users do NOT have subscriptions.

The subscription is still there but the email is not sent when you update the report.
