Stuck with no access to reports/projects - colleague sick/left

Hi

In a small 3-person team, I am the only one left right now (1 left to other company and deleted his PBI account, 1 is sick and cannot be contacted).

These 2 colleagues had access to several reports/projects that I do not. And now I need that access.

I have tried" password reset" on my colleagues account, but get the message "Your directory is not enabled for password reset".

Tried a common mailbox email that we also have, but then the error is "Your account is currently blocked from signing in."

So I'm stuck with no access (my permission level is only "member"), and I cant find any usable place to reach out to support. I even tried a US phone number that I found, but they just refered me to support.microsoft.com 😞

So sorry for posting here, but this seems as my only option left!

Anyone got ideas how I can get ownership on our projects, as I am now the only one left?

@MartinJacobsen

Do you have an IT department that has access to where the reports are saved? They should be able to unlock the access for you.

Kind Regards

Alex

I have an IT admin who controls the Active Directory and our domain. But I doubt this carries on to the PowerBI environment?

@MartinJacobsen , Please check if the accounts are still active under admin.microsoft.com/. From there you can reset and enable the license again if users are still there.

I am not an admin, so I have no option to do this.
