I have a report where there were two slicers . Slicer A - Customer ID and slicer B - Customer Name
But when user selects customer ID : the customer Name should not display values based on filter on cust ID value. How to enable?
Go to Solution.
Click on Customer Id and then click on Interaction and now block interaction with customer name (Stop sign on customer name Slicer) using the stop sign.

As they are from the same table they will get filtered automatically. You can disable interaction. Use a stop sign. Or Try hierarchical slicer fro Feb 2020 release https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-desktop-february-2020-feature-summary/
Both of them are from same table. When enable the interaction option, the data is displaying for all the customer names.

Depending on your data model, you may be able to edit the Interations between the slicers.
