I have a date column that I want to put in the slicer. In the date column, I have future data till 2030. I want my bar chart will show the data from today to 2030 data by default when I open the report. However, if the user selects the previous date from the slicer (ex. 2/4/2016) then my bar chart will show all the data from 2/4/2016 to 2030.
What would be the solution for this? Please help.

Hi @Junayet ,
According to your description, here are my steps you can follow as a solution.
(1) This is my test data.
(2) We can create a measure.
Flag = IF(MAX('Table'[date])>=TODAY(),1,0)
(3) Set as shown in the following figure and then the result is as follows.
If the above one can't help you get the desired result, please provide some sample data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples. It is better if you can share a simplified pbix file. Thank you.

Hi,
In the slicer setting, we have an option "After". Try using it because it will work for your issue.
If it works for you accept it as a solution.
Thanks,
Yashashri
Thanks for your reply. I know this but the requirement is date should change dynamically. For example, if I open a report tomorrow the should be selected tomorrow's date by default. Hence, data should show tomorrow to 2030.
