Sign in process of Power BI and Share point

I have a company based service and  recently Power Bi requested to open a Power Bi account.

Previously, I had to log in in my company account in Power Bi (with company details) and Log in again into sharepoint so that I could access and Excel file in Sharepoint as a Data Source.

After a Power Bi asked me to open an account, the connection to sharepoint is broken, even if I add manually the authentification for Sharepoint. I suspect that I have 2 Power BI accounts in conflict.

Is it possible to delete a Power Bi account and start that process from scratch? I do not think that I can do it on my own as a user. How can I know if I have 2 accounts?

As I opened Power Bi, I was requested to open a free account. I had been using Power BI for a while, and that was the first time that this message appeared.

This took me to a Power BI page (that I cannot access anymore since I have an account already). I remember that it had 3 steps with phone confirmation. My apologies for being so vague with the details but I cannot recreate that step anymore. Thanks for your help.

Hi @suker099 ,

How did you create this account and what does the admin page for the account look like? Can you provide a screenshot to describe it?

Looking forward to your reply.

Best Regards,
Henry
