Showing alternative Axis label on bar chart

Hello,

I am really struggling to find an answer to my problem. I have a table which has data in the below format:

IDOrder_NoTotal_Qty
11111100
21112200
31113250
41111200
51112300

I want to display the data in a stacked bar chart so that I can see the total_qty against each ID. However, rather than showing the ID value on the X Axis I want to show the order_no as the ID is meaningless to the user whereas the order_no isn't.

The issue I face is that if I set the order_no as the axis, any order_no that has the same value gets summarised and treated as one set of data. Here is an example of using the order_no as the axis:

order_no 941049 is actually made up of 2 separate records each with their own unique ID.

Here is an example of using id as the axis:

As you can see the data is summarised by ID therefore giving me correct totals.

I'm not sure how I can get around this, ideally I want to have the id as the axis but instead of displaying the id I would display the order_no.

If anyone can point me in the right direction with this I would be very appreciative.

Thank you

Hi @BarneyR ,

You could put both id and order_no on x-axis and use drill down feature.

@BarneyR , As of now, the data group on the column you drag on-axis. This means if you take order_no, then it will group the Few ID together

Hi,

So is there a way to group by ID rather than order_no but show order_no on the axis? How can I get around this?
